“It was all a dream”…

no seriously it was. Back in 2018 our CEO Marco, with his extensive background in technology as well as a knack for being social, was constantly exploring the idea of starting his own marketing agency. With concepts constantly percolating through his mind, one fateful night during his slumber, the name and logo just came to him. At the time the term “influencer” was beginning to earn a negative connotation with traditional marketing. What if we took something becoming ‘taboo’ and gave it a strategic ‘boost’... TABOOST was born. We could call our influencers ‘Genies’ to further distinguish ourselves in the booming social media landscape.

Fast forward to 2020 where the pandemic forced many businesses to switch gears. Our bread and butter of local mixers and events was quickly put on pause. The online element was our outlet and by this time our Genie Gang had grown strong. This allowed us to pivot to working with social apps, specifically TikTok.

The rest is history, TABOOST and TikTok partnered in late 2021 with their newly launched Live agency program. In fact, TABOOST was the first agency to partner with TikTok Live. A year later TikTok Shop was planning their expansion to the US market. Due to our prowess on the platform TABOOST was approached to help kickstart the shopping. Now, TABOOST is also a top Shop partner, with creators spanning the entire US.
